Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to clarify the order dated 03.06.2026 passed in W.P.No.18958 of 2026 by recording that the petitioners have not impugned and did not seek any adjudication impugning, the Gift Deed bearing Document No.2177 of 1992 dated 26.05.1992 on the ground that the 5th Respondent had no right or authority to execute the same, and did not raise any inter se title dispute with the 5th respondent, and that the petitioners sought the cancellation and re-conveyance of the said Gift Deed solely on the premise that the project was never implemented and that the planning permission granted vide Planning Permission No.B/22171/268A/K/92 dated 30.07.1992 has lapsed and stood cancelled by operation of law and consequently, modify the order dated 03.06.2026 so as to give effect to the said clarification.
