This application has been filed by the applicant seeking interim injunction restraining the respondents 1 and 2/plaintiffs, their men, agents and servants proceeding with the activities of demolition, alteration or renovation of the suit schedule mentioned property that is all that piece and parcel of land and building situated in sanctioned plan of East Abiramapuram improvement schedule area Plot No.1568, R.S.No.3569 part of Mylapore, measuring 1 ground and 1559 sq.ft till the disposal of the A.No.2187 of 2023 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that they have been set exparte on 19.07.2012 itself.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is dismissed.
