O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.990 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant and the petitioner who are present before this Court today. In order to identify them they have submitted the photo copies of their Identity Cards viz., Raja - Driving Licence (Tamil Nadu) - TN11Z 2012 0002055 and S.Arivazhagan - Aadhaar Card No.2784 2210 0408 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 22.01.2018 was also filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.990 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.990/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 22.01.2018 shall form part of the order. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ms To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
