Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 243 days in preferring of the above criminal revision petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.13248 of 2019, against the order dated 23.12.2016, made in S.C.No.58 of 2016, on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode is hereby condoned.
