C.M.P.No. 18086 of 2023 in C.R.P.SR.No.73078 of 2023 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the father of petitioner to represent her as a registered power agent of petitioner as per General Power of Attorney vide document No.101 of 2022 dated 22.06.2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Alandur in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.B.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that as she has got an offer in the University of Louisiana for research fellowship, she had given power to her father by a registered deed dated 22.06.2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Alandur and the power is still in force. Hence, she has filed the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioner's father is permitted to represent on behalf of his daughter. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise found to be in order.
