Form No.CCA.7 issued by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench, Chennai dated 22.02.2018 is marked as Ex.P.46. The statement of accounts and payment receipts are marked as Ex.P.47 series.

5. On the side of the 1st defendant, the Certified true copy of the resolution dated 24.02.2023 of the 1st defendant company is marked as Ex.D.1. One Time Settlement proposals dated 17.03.2022, 11.05.2022 and 03.08.2022 are marked as Ex.D.2 series.
