Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in relates to the impugned rejection order passed by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.387/A3/2023 dated 06.01.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the sixth respondent school from the date of appointment of the petitioner i.e., from 19.02.2019 along with all attendant and monetary benefits.
