A.No.4236 of 2023 in O.P.No.108 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to extend the succession certificate dated 05.07.2018 granted in O.P.No.108 of 2018 in respect of the listed securities detailed in the application.

2. It is the grievance of the applicants that though this Court granted succession certificate earlier, at the time of filing application, certain share certificates have not been filed which have been addressed only later. Therefore, seeks to extend the succession certificate in respect of the share certificate which have been addressed later.

3. The first applicant is examined as PW1, Ex.Nos.P1 to P82 are marked. Share certificate left by the deceased has been filed, consent affidavit has been filed by the respondent. Considering the same, this application is ordered as prayed for. Since, the succession certificate is already ordered in O.P.No.108 of 2018, the same stands extended to all the share certificates which are more fully mentioned in the applicant.
