ORDER

Alleging that the order 28.10.2014 made in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.28109 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, who has been arrayed as Petitioner No.4 stating that after attaining superannuation, the order has been violated, by modifying the pay fixation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that what has been done is the fixation of pensionary benefits. It is to be noted that insofar as other two petitioners, who are working, interim order passed has been given effect to.

4. Suffice it to state that there is no wilful disobedience of the order involved and therefore, the contempt petition stands closed leaving all the issues open to be agitated in the writ petition.
