15223/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN ANBUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- each without sureties undertaking to appear before the Trial Court in the event of Crl.Op.No.15223 of 2018 being dismissed.

Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court will stand, dispensed with until the disposal of Crl.Op.No.15223 of 2018.
