This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of O.P.No.949/2014, pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to Principal Family Court, Chennai to try along with O.P.No.4993 of 2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner. No representation for the respondent.

3. Petitioner has moved O.P.No.949 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Family Court seeking dissolution of marriage. The respondent had preferred an action for restitution of conjugal rights before the Palakkad Court and on the petitioner moving the Hon'ble Apex court such action stands transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai and it is now numbered as O.P.No.4994 of 2014.

4. Informing that the issue involves the same parties and that both actions may be tried together and simultaneously transfer of O.P.No. 949 of 2014 pending on the file I Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Family Court, Chennai to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.P.No.4993 of 2014 is sought.

Finding just and reasonable the relief sought, this court directs transfer of O.P.No. 949 of 2014 pending on the file I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried jointly with O.P.No.4993 of 2014.
