Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus to call for records from the file of the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.15518/07/B-I dated 08.08.2007 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to assign the land in S.F.No. 786, Madhukarai Village, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore Taluk to an extent of 0.43.0 hectare to the petitioner.
