ORDER

It is represented by the Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner/defacto complainant.

2. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the RCS notice to the petitioner for taking further process as per law and if any documents have been obtained relating to the vehicle, the respondent police is directed to return the same on proper acknowledgement.

3. With the abovesaid observation/direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
