PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10700 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.13102 of 2023, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders in connection with the crime No.23 of 2022 and pass orders. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10700 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.13102 of 2023, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-acused in this case has already granted bail.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
