ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner /A2 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6743/2026 dated 02.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6743 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
