Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to frame bye laws or regulations or guidelines or service Rules providing the qualifications method of recruitment and other conditions of service for the posts of State Level Chief officers in the Coop. Sugar Federation and consequently to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.3.2012.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation to the 1st respondent, with regard to his claims. The learned counsel had also submitted that such representation would be considered by the 1st respondent and appropriate orders would be passed thereon, as expeditiously as possible.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the 1st respondent, with regard to his claims, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
