O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue before this court.

2. On the previous hearing, the petitioner was not present and, therefore, we had directed the matter to be listed today for the presence of the petitioner.

3. Today, both the detenue and the petitioner are present before us. We do not find any illegal detention involved as we recorded on the earlier occasion. Today, we made the petitioner to talk with the detenue on two occasions. On both the occasions, the detenue clearly stated that she does not want to have any talk with the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a petition for divorce has already been filed though not numbered. The detenue has also told us that she may not contest the divorce petition as she has heard the views of the petitioner. The detenue has also questioned the very marriage itself with the petitioner.

5.Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as we do not find any illegal custody.
