Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police station every day at 05.30 p.m imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9339 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ARUN DATTAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9339 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9339 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Vaniyambadi once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
