A.Nos.3911 & 4401 of 2024 in C.S.No.416 of 2018 A.No.3911 of 2024 has been filed to grant leave to the Applicant/3rd Defendant to file the additional original documents namely (1) Intimation issued by the Income Tax Department to Smt.S.Pappa bai dated 30.11.2000, (2) Demand Notice issued by Income Tax Department to S.Pappa Bai dated 05.02.1997, (3) Appellate order by Appellate Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Range I, Madras 34, dated 12.07.1974 in I.T.Appeal No.51/1974-75, (4) Tax paid challans of Bombay Flat Builders dated 27.03.1972, (5) 2 Nos. of receipts issued by Income Tax Officer dated 21.05.1973 and 28.07.1973 for payment made by Bombay Flat Builders and to receive the same in evidence in the above suit in C.S.No.416 of 2018. 2.A.No.
4401 of 2024 has been filed to direct the 8th and 9th Respondents to deposit the monthly rent in respect of 3rd floor and the ground floor of Item No.5 of the Suit Schedule properties occupied by respective tenants, the rental arrears to the credit of the above suit in C.S.No.416 of 2018. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, learned counsel for the Plaintiff and the learned counsel for the 5th Defendant. 4.With regard to A.No.
department and hence, I am inclined to order this Application. Accordingly, this Application viz., A.No.3911 of 2024 is ordered. 5.By an earlier order dated 30.09.2024 passed in A.No.3911 & 4401 of 2024, this court observed as follows:
"6. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents 8 and 9 are hereby directed to deposit the monthly rental arrears to the credit of the above suit in C.S.No.416 of 2018 on or before 14.10.2024."
6.Since the Mother died, pending proceedings, her share of rental amount is required to be deposited before the Court. Accordingly, A.No.4401 of 2024 is hereby ordered.

C.S.No.416 of 2018 Post the matter before the learned Additional Master IV on 21.10.2024 for recording evidence. The learned Master is required to complete the recording of evidence within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
