2021 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.483 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.
