This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.11/2016, pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Mahyiladuthurai to Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. Informing much inconvenience the petitioner who is residing at Pondicherry alongwith a three year old child, has sought transfer of proceedings moved by the respondent in H.M.O.P.No. 11/2016 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai to Family Court Pondicherry.

4. This court is of the view that inconvenience to the petitioner as also her child may be avoided by allowing the present petition. Accordingly, this court directs that H.M.O.P.No.11/2016 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai to be transferred to the Family Court, Pondicherry.
