ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's land to construct fencing in S.No.190/2 and 190/3 to an extent of 37 cents situated at Chinnambedu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District based on the representation dated 19.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022 is not available with the fourth respondent and if fresh representation is given, they are ready to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the fourth respondent and on receiving the same, the fourth respondent is hereby directed to consider the same on its own merits, and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
