Counsel stated that he will apply to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate for expeditious disposal of the applications filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate may consider the applications on its own merits. We express no opinion.
