Cont.P.No.1212 of 2020 considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the request for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner.

Though this Court has directed the Revenue Divisional Officer in its order dated 18.11.2019 to dispose of the representation within a period of three months, the said order has been passed only after filing the contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
