ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 2.9.2013, 10.1.2015 and 2.7.2016 in the light of GO.Ms.No.237 dated 22.7.2013 and GO.Ms.No.240 dated 22.7.2013 and accordingly grant the Petitioner with increment of 3%+3% in the revised scale of pay.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the 2nd Respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the Petitioner dated 2.9.2013, 10.1.2015 and 2.7.2016, expeditiously.

4. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 2.9.2013, 10.1.2015 and 2.7.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
