(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. J. Selvarajan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, submits that the writ petitioners are the owners of layout, viz., Sri Ganapathy Nagar Colony, Pallikaranai, Chennai - 600 100 and they have common interest of using 30 ft. road which is situate on the eastern side of the said layout and hence, the present WMP seeking permission to file a single writ petition.

Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours of 05.08.2025 (Tuesday). This submission is recorded. 5.

Therefore, accepting the above ground/reason, the captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for subject to petitioners paying or having paid separate Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
