This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to number and to hear the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 08.05.2025 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the revision petition filed by the petitioner has already been numbered as R.P.No.2 of 2025 and notice has also been issued and the enquiry is fixed on 09.07.2025 at 3 p.m.

3/5 3.Recording the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the Revision Petition and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
