This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in preferring the above criminal appeal against the judgement dated 10.02.2025 passed in C.C.No.351 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 35 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
