This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to further investigate the case in Crime No.23 of 2018 in accordance with law.

2.One Preethi committed suicide, pursuant to which, on the complaint given by her mother Santhi, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.23 of 2018 on 17.01.2018 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. While so, Santhi has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

3.Heard Mr.Arul, learned counsel for Santhi, who submitted that the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2018 is not going on the right lines.

4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that even the viscera report has not been received. 5.It is seen that the case has been registered only on 17.01.2018 and it is too premature to conclude that the investigation is not going on in the proper lines. It is always open to the petitioner to file a protest application, in the event of the Police filing a closure report before the Magistrate and seek for further investigation. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the Deputy Superintendent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
