This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's patta application No.2024/0154/02/004183 dated 15.03.2024

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 15.03.2024 for patta transfer, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
