O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) A common temple known as Dharmaraja Koil located at Vadakuppam village itself has given rise to different communities fighting over the festivals held for the Presiding Deity. There are stated to be four different communities residing in the village and there are alleged to be two groups. 2.We, on earlier occasion, have observed that if people cannot pray peacefully together, then the authorities have to endeavour to first hold a peace committee meeting, whereafter with lock-up option, can prevent all of them praying till people learn to pray peacefully together.
3.The endeavour would be made by the Local Authority accordingly.
4.Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
