This Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an extension of 3 weeks to the Applicant / Plaintiff for completion of trail. This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed to grant extension of 3 weeks to the Applicant/Plaintiff for completion of trial. 2.Heard both sides. Perused the affidavit and petition.

filed the proof affidavit and they seeks further time for marking of documents by P.W.1.
4. Considering the same, Registry is directed to post this matter before the learned Additional Master I for marking of documents and thereafter the defendant shall cross examine P.W.1 on 26.08.2019 and the same shall be completed on or before 13.09.2019. Thereafter, the defendant is directed to file Proof Affidavit on or before 20.09.2019. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff is directed to cross examine D.W.1 on 27.09.2019 and the same shall be completed on or before 18.10.2019.
5. Both the parties are directed to file the written arguments on or before 18.10.2019.
6. Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Additional Master I on 13.08.2019 for carrying out the aforesaid exercise and thereafter, list the matter before this Commercial Division on 11.11.2019 for arguments.
7. The aforesaid time schedule shall be followed by the parties before the learned Additional Master I scrupulously and learned Additional Master I is directed to permit both the parties to cross-examine their respective witnesses on day to-day basis.
8. With the above directions, this application is ordered.
