ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners have given a representation dated 01.06.2022 to re-convey the lands belonging to the petitioners in survey Nos.506/2 and 512/1 situate at Agasipalli Village Panchayat, Krishnagiri Taluk and District.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2022 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
