ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent / the Deputy Commissioner of Labour - II, Chennai, in Minimum Wages Case No.15 of 2005, dated 20.10.2005.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the writ petition, as per the order passed by this Court on 16.07.2010, steps were taken to implead the owner of the Rice Mill as party to the writ petition by sending a letter to the writ petitioner. Although the petitioner has received the above said letter, he did not give any reply for the same and to that effect, he has also filed a memo dated 26.02.2015.

3. Recording the said memo dated 26.02.2015 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for noinstruction. No Costs. Index: Yes/No 26.02.2015 Internet: Yes/No rkm
