After considering the facts of the case, this Court dismissed the earlier bail petition on 08.08.2022.

2.Again the accused has revived the petition for bail, but this Court finds that there is no change of circumstances, the investigation is at very crucial stage and the release of this petitioner on bail is not conducive for investigation. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
