Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioners should stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Tirunelveli town police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in the order dated 18.04.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No. 11105 of 2018 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11105 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Tirunelveli Town police station daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11105 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
