Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and permit that petitioner to furnish any other sureties instead of Blood surety. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17082 of 2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that the petitioner produced surety and the same was accepted by the court below. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
