This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner is history sheeted rowdy and is required for an enquiry u/s 110 Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above, the prayer of 'not to harass' cannot be granted. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police by appearing before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount Police Station, Chennai - 16. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
