The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to encash the petitioner's Contributory Pension Scheme fund vide CPS No.7242385/MEDL to the petitioner based on her application and representation dated 29.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she relieved from service on 11.06.2024. He would further submit that she has been subscribed for Contributory Pension Scheme. Hence, she is entitled to get back her Contributory Pension Scheme amount from the respondents. In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation dated 29.04.2025, and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2/5
respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
