ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.156 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 331(4), 305(a) read with Section 62 of BNS. Page No.1 of 3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and committed theft and also damaged the cupboard and CCTV camera. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, petitioners are innocent persons and false case have been foisted against them. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners stating that the petitioners are habitual offendors and there are several previous cases against them.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
