O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Court, Neyveli and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Mayiladuthurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now working in SRM University, Chennai and hence, he prays for transfer the H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2015 from the file of the SubCourt, Neyveli, to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram instead of Principal Sub-Court, Mayiladuthurai.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Neyveli to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Neyveli, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram. The Sub-Court, Neyveli is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2015 to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the Sub-Court, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
