This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to delete the name of the petitioner / second respondent, namely, the Government of Tamil Nadu, Represented by its Principal Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Chennai, from the cause title of the above writ petition on the grounds of misjoinder of parties.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
