These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2937 days in filing the petition to bring on record the respondents 10 to 13 herein as legal heirs of the 7th respondent in the civil revision petition, to set aside the the order of abatement of civil revision petition as against the 7th respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the 7th respondent late Malliga viz. 1.V.Sathish Kumar, son of N.Vishwanathan, 2.V.Srinivasan, son of N.Vishvanathan, 1 and 2 are residing at No.33/44, Ellary Street, Gopalapuram, Chennai - 600 086, 3.Mrs.Priya, wife of Ramesh, residing at No.121/59, G.C.M.Street, Arasamarapet, Vellore-4 and 4.Mrs.Meena, wife of Karunakaran, residing at No.72, Keezambi, Amaravathi Pattinam, Krishnapuram Post, Kanchipuram-631 551 as respondents 10 to 13 in the above CRP (NPD) No.3830 of 2019.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
