This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 22.01.2024 in Appeal No.FPA-PMLA 2869/CHN/2019 passed by the Appellate Tribunal.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
