Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 11.07.2024 in Rc.No.157/2024/M6-D.O.No.34/2024 against the petitioner's husband Mani @ Karpaga Mani, Male aged 43 years S/o Vedhagiri, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

2. In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
