ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.340 of 2026 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee by an order dated 05.03.2026.

Heard Mr.K.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.

Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the sole Respondent.

Mr.K.Balasubramaniam , learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

4. Mr.M..Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the sole Respondent. has no objection to allow this petition.

5. After perusal of the grounds mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is also satisfied that the reason for condonation of delay appears to be convincing and justified. Accordingly, the delay of 6 days in filing the above criminal revision case is condoned.

6. The Registry is directed to number the Revision Case and put up the case 'for admission' on 16.07.2026.
