Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditi9on that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed at paragraph 8(a) of order dated 09.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10161 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JOHN J.RAJA SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.10161 of 2018 on 09.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.10161 of 2018 on 09.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.10161 of 2018 on 09.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
