Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to Order No F.No.38/37/08 - P & PW (A) pt.1, dated 03.10.2008, passed by the 3rd Respondent, Order No.F.No.24-1/2010-TS-II, dated 25.05.2010 passed by the 2nd Respondent and the Order No.F.Admn.III/Pension/2012 dated 03.10.2012 passed by the 1st Respondent, quash the same and direct the Respondents to restore the pension originally granted to the Petitioner by computing the same on the basis of the basic pay of Rs.48,000/- specified for the post of Professor, with all consequential benefits, including refunding of any sums deducted pursuant to the aforesaid order.
