A.No.3805 of 2022 in O.P.No.888 of 2015 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is presented by the claimant in the arbitral proceedings seeking extension of time for conclusion thereof by a further six months.

2. Learned counsel submits that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of CW1. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that proceedings could not be concluded within the prescribed time limit because parties were engaged in negotiations towards a possible amicable settlement.

3. Upon considering the above said submissions, this application is liable to be allowed.
