ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Sethuraj, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has represented that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.1824 of 2016.

3. This Court has perused the entire Case Diary relating to Crime No.1824 of 2016 and ultimately found that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that the detenu has already been arrested and remanded to custody, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
